Although part of my order was slightly incorrect, which is now being resolved, the customer service has been some of the best I've ever received in my 27 years on this planet!
The FitSleep is incredibly comfortable to wear and I sometimes forget that I have it on!

I saw this on instagram and was scared to get it but finally had the courage to buy it. When I say wow. I mean wow. I’m deaf in both my ears and of course I can’t hear the alarm i have and I always wake up everyone around me with my alarm but this one only wakes me up. I bought the FitSleeper because I want to wake up without waking up my husband. I also love the idea of sleeping without my phone next to me. And it has a step counter!!! I love this thing. It’s comfortable to wear, I forget it’s even there, the vibration is strong enough to wake me up yet it doesn’t disturb my husband. All around great product!!

so far it's been a great tool for me as I am a Cochlear Implant + Hearring Aid wearer. I used to do the alarm on my phone but without my equipment it's too soft so this has been a great addition to my mornings. not rating is a 5 as the set up was a bit complicated for me but I will admit I am technology challenged...

The FitSleep watch is in excellent assistant for waking up refreshed and ready to take the day on. When I received my FitSleeps bracelet it was easy to understand the instructions on how to set up the alarms which has multiple and how to set the time and date that are necessary. I was very pleased with how easy it was to set it up and have my first night go as well as it did. The wake up vibrations are firm and yet also not startling that made me wake up anxious. I found waking up much easier than I have in the past. I was very pleased with how my sleep was refreshing not having to worry about being awoken by a loud alarm. The gentle vibrations were wonderful for me too awake and gently get going about my day.

Lukas went above and beyond helping me with lost items! Definitely a great experience with Fitsleep and would recommend highly!

I ordered a fitsleeps alarm for my girlfriend as a birthday present, but forgot to specify my delivery instructions. Because of this the package was placed inside my fence and immediately destroyed by my dogs.
I reached out to fitsleeps support for help and within one day of my email they responded and were able to work with me to find a solution. I was pleasantly surprised with their customer support and how helpful they were. Highly recommend.

Order yesterday I don't get mail with my ordering code, but then I sent mail and within one-two hours, I get my order code. Customer service is excellent.
